There is no such thing as a standard or “vanilla” Human in Metamorphosis Alpha. MA4e does not set artificial “class” and” level” restrictions on characters, instead opting for a more flexible approach.

   Metamorphosis Alpha 4th Edition offers players a choice of different Human character types:

a Human Marine, newly revived from cryo sleep and suffering from amnesia;

a hard-bitten veteran Marine, with his memory working just fine;

a large number of Human characters from other professions, not just the military;

a Mutated Human; or even

a Human Cyborg!

   Even crazier yet, a mixture of a number of the choices above!!!

   MA4e offers unprecedented flexibility in character design.
